Why do your prices seem higher than your competitors?
Since we employ only UK native writers and charge VAT, our prices may seem to be slightly higher than others.
What are your guarantees?

Can I submit the work I receive from you as it is?
No, we do not allow you to submit the work as it is. You are advised to use our services as tutoring/mentoring or as if we are providing sample/reference solution to you.
Can I ask for discount?
We do not offer any discounts. However, as a special gesture, we offer discounts of up to 10% of the quoted amount to our returning customers.
Will you deliver the work on Saturday or Sunday, if that falls as the due date of my order?
While we generally deliver work on Saturday, your work will be delivered the next working day if the due date is a Sunday or National Holiday in UK.
Can I get a refund in case I am not satisfied with the work?
No, we do not offer refunds on the service once paid for. However, in a rare case of you being dissatisfied with our service, you can ask for revisions or one-to-one consultation.
